Elective Africa offered me an immersive experience at Coast General Hospital and the opportunity to integrate myself into Kenyan culture. The Swahili classes were helpful in connecting with the local community and communicating with locals.
Overall, I was able to gain confidence, compassion, and skills that I will carry with me throughout my PA career.
