Basic Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools/social media
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
Responsibilities
Lead Generation Prospecting
- Identify and generate new leads through digital platforms, referrals, outreach campaigns, events, and partnerships
- Qualify prospects based on program fit, readiness, and eligibility
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system
Sales & Conversion
- Engage prospective clients via calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person consultations
- Present program offerings, value propositions, pricing, and timelines clearly and professionally
- Address client questions and objections effectively
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrollments or placements
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Client Engagement Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with prospective and enrolled clients
- Guide clients through the application, onboarding, and enrollment processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience
- Maintain follow-ups to encourage referrals and repeat engagement
Market & Program Support
- Stay informed about program offerings, destinations, and placement requirements
- Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity
- Support recruitment events, info sessions, and webinars
