The Sales Associate will play a critical role in driving organizational growth by generating leads, converting prospects into enrolled participants, and maintaining strong client relationships. Basic Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools/social media
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented

Responsibilities

Lead Generation Prospecting

  • Identify and generate new leads through digital platforms, referrals, outreach campaigns, events, and partnerships
  • Qualify prospects based on program fit, readiness, and eligibility
  • Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system

Sales & Conversion

  • Engage prospective clients via calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person consultations
  • Present program offerings, value propositions, pricing, and timelines clearly and professionally
  • Address client questions and objections effectively
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrollments or placements
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Client Engagement  Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with prospective and enrolled clients
  • Guide clients through the application, onboarding, and enrollment processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience
  • Maintain follow-ups to encourage referrals and repeat engagement

Market & Program Support

  • Stay informed about program offerings, destinations, and placement requirements
  • Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity
  • Support recruitment events, info sessions, and webinars
